2. Digital Services & No-Refund Policy

SKINVALUE provides immediate access to digital tools, proprietary market data, and inventory analysis. Due to the nature of digital products:

• All sales are final. Once a subscription is activated, no refunds, partial or full, will be issued under any circumstances.
• By completing your purchase, you explicitly waive your right to a withdrawal period or "cooling-off" period as defined by consumer protection laws for digital content.

3. Market Data Disclaimer

All pricing information, market trends, and item valuations provided by SKINVALUE are for informational purposes only.

• We do not guarantee the accuracy of prices, as they are subject to rapid fluctuations in third-party markets and the Steam Community Market.
• SKINVALUE is not liable for any financial losses, trading mistakes, or missed opportunities resulting from the use of our data.

4. Service Availability & Steam API

Our service relies on third-party APIs (including Valve/Steam). We are not responsible for downtime caused by Steam server maintenance, API changes, or account-specific limitations (e.g., private inventories).

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to collect data from our site.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit any part of the SKINVALUE platform.
• Share your premium account with other users. One subscription is valid for one user only.

6. Payments & Security

Payments are processed securely via PayPlus. We do not store your credit card details on our servers. You are responsible for ensuring your payment method has sufficient funds.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SKINVALUE and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
